Process

To produce outstanding results, Marketecture applies the best attributes of the creative production process as appropriate to each project. However, we don’t allow the process to impact our ability to be flexible to our client’s unique requirements.

We conceive, design, and produce our work through the four primary phases.

Phase 1 // Discovery

Marketecture facilitates discovery sessions with our clients to assess their needs, while learning as much as possible about those clients’ unique businesses and the factors shaping their success. The primary outcome of this comprehensive analysis is a report outlining the project vision, preliminary scope of work and resource requirements.

Phase 2 // Design

With the vision and needs of each client defined, we detail the design specifications for the project. These specifications are the complete, detailed blueprints for all components of the project, including formal design for each sub-component of the project (flowcharts, features and functionality, timelines, budget, etc).

Phase 3 // Development

During this phase, Marketecture manages the development of all project components. This includes scheduled review cycles to ensure project elements meet our standard of quality. This phase also encompasses the incorporation of hardware and software systems, including media content, and final integration testing to ensure that elements work seamlessly as a turnkey solution.

Phase 4 // Integration

Through a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction, Marketecture provides comprehensive training, marketing support and on-site technical assistance, as appropriate. Where applicable we also design and implement post-project evaluations that can quantify the success of each initiative.
